​Just a Little Cart started with a tiny dream: to share that warm, joyful feeling I get when my family gathers together. And more often than not, those moments happen around good food.

I’ve always loved hosting, styling, and creating experiences. At one point, I even dreamed of becoming a wedding planner. While life took me down a different path, that passion never left — it simply evolved. Just a Little Cart was created as a way to blend my love for food, thoughtful presentation, and meaningful gatherings into something approachable yet unforgettable.

Based in Bakersfield, California, and proudly serving Kern County, Just a Little Cart offers elevated charcuterie carts, mini pancake carts, and curated food experiences designed to feel personal, beautiful, and effortless. Each cart is intentionally styled, each spread thoughtfully curated, and every detail considered — because it’s the little things that make moments memorable.

My goal is simple: to bring elevated, micro-experiences to weddings, parties, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds — creating something that feels special without ever feeling overdone.
