We provide the cart, the food display, and the aesthetic — creating a memorable, elevated moment for your guests. Serving Bakersfield and Kern County.

Are you a food truck?

No — we are not a food truck. Our carts are stationary and designed to complement your event space. Food is prepared off-site in a permitted kitchen and beautifully displayed on the cart at your event. 😀

Do you serve the food, or is it self-serve?

Yes? We’ve got it covered! From setup to service, we take care of the details so you can enjoy your party and spend time with your guests.🍽️

Do you need access to power or water?

Power access may be required for certain services, such as our mini pancake cart. We’ll confirm all electrical or logistical needs ahead of time so there are no surprises.

What types of events do you serve?

We cater a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, pop-ups, and private gatherings. If you’re celebrating, we’d love to be part of it.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to begin planning your custom setup.

Is there a minimum guest count?

Yes. Each package has a minimum guest count to ensure quality, freshness, and proper setup. Minimums vary by service type and will be outlined during your inquiry. 👥👥

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance 📅, especially for weekends and peak seasons. That said, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
